The New Full Screen iPod Nano 6th Generation

Along with the unveiling of the new iPod Touch (4th Generation) were the 6th Generation of iPod Nano and the new iPod Shuffle.

The 6th Generation of iPod Nano weighs only 0.74 ounces or 21.1 grams and is now a full touch- screen device. The display has a 1.54-inch (diagonal) color TFT display with 240x240 pixel resolution at 220 pixels per inch.

It has a built-in FM radio, regionally set for US, Asia, Australia, Europe and Japan. There is also a "Live Pause" feature that enables the user to pause a radio broadcast then rewind to within a 15 minute buffer.

The iPod Nano 6th Gen can also be used as a pedometer to keep track of steps when walking or running. This way, the user can check goals and progress when data is uploaded to the Nike+ website. The Nike + iPod Sport Kit is sold separately.

The new iPod Nano can play up to 24 hours of music when fully charged.
